Common questions for recipients

It depends on the channel. Duty-paid (DDP) services include duties in the shipping fee when available. Standard channels may require the recipient to pay import charges at clearance.

Use the international tracking number on the carrier website (FedEx, UPS, DHL) or a multi-carrier tracker such as 17track.net.

Some sensitive goods are allowed on dedicated lines. Food, medicines and batteries face strict rules by country — ask us before shipping.
