Transit estimates start after the parcel leaves a Jilu China warehouse. Domestic China collection time is separate.
Typical timelines
Commercial express to major cities is often 3–5 business days (USA) or 2–4 days (Japan/Korea). Economy and sea products take longer — see each country page.
Where to track
Use the international number on FedEx, UPS, DHL or EMS sites. Multi-carrier trackers such as 17track.net also work well.
Stuck in clearance
Document issues, random exams and holidays cause holds. If clearance exceeds about two weeks, ask the sender to open a carrier trace with Jilu’s help.
Marked delivered but missing
Check neighbours, lockers and building staff. Request proof of delivery from the carrier, then escalate with tracking evidence.
