[Careful Reading]

Before using this platform, Party A shall carefully read this Agreement. Party A must read prudently and fully understand each clause, especially clauses that exclude or limit liability and clauses on governing law and dispute resolution. Clauses that exclude or limit liability will be marked in bold and underlined; Party A should pay special attention to them. If Party A has any questions about the Agreement, Party A may contact Party B's customer service.

[Act of Contracting]

When Party A enters Party B's order information page, fills in information as prompted, checks "I have read and agree to the service agreement," and clicks "Ship," Party A is deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted all contents of this Agreement. If, while reading this Agreement, Party A does not agree to this Agreement or any of its clauses, Party A shall immediately stop using the platform's shipping services.

[Guidance Notes]

Index keywords preceding each service clause are intended only to help Party A understand the main idea of that clause and do not affect or limit the meaning or interpretation of the clauses of this Agreement. To protect Party A's own rights and interests, Party A is advised to carefully read the specific wording of each clause.

Prices shown on the online platform are for express transportation fees only. The sender should clarify whether the pickup courier will charge other fees in addition to freight, such as packaging fees, stair-carry fees, transfer fees, warehouse delivery fees, irregular-shape fees, same-city redirect fees, fuel surcharges, password-delivery fees, interception fees, and the like; such fees shall be paid offline by the sender. If there are other fees for an order besides freight that the sender has not paid offline, the platform has the right to send a balance-due notice or deduct the fees via password-free payment. If the sender objects, the sender may contact the collecting company to verify.

I. Definitions

1.1 Platform shipping service: After Party A fills in shipping information on the platform shipping page and places an order, Party A has selected a logistics service provider, and that provider assigns and returns information about the pickup service personnel. The assigned personnel will, at the scheduled pickup address stated in the order, collect the items, return the waybill number and logistics information, and deliver the items entrusted by Party A to the recipient address.

1.2 Party B's shipping service platform: Party A may use shipping services through Party B's WeChat official account mini program. This platform is called Party B's shipping service platform and may be referred to as the "Jilu Global System."

1.3 Logistics service provider: A legal entity that has established a technical cooperation relationship with Party B and provides express services to Party A. After the provider's assigned personnel accept an order, they undertake to ensure the transportation safety and timeliness of the shipment. If the assigned provider cannot provide pickup service, Party A is advised to switch providers or contact Party B's customer service for a refund to avoid delays; Party B shall not be liable to compensate for such losses.

II. Services Provided by Party B to Party A

2.1 Party B provides technical services to Party A through the shipping service platform. Party A may use Party B's shipping platform to fill in order information, estimate and pay freight online, publish order information, pay freight online after a logistics service provider accepts and confirms collection of Party A's published order, and rate the provider's service personnel. To continuously improve user experience, Party A agrees that Party B may adjust the products and services of the shipping platform from time to time; the products displayed on Party B's shipping service platform shall prevail.

2.2 Party A agrees that Party B is a provider of technical services. Party A authorizes Party B to use technical means to match Party A with logistics service providers that can offer courier door-to-door shipping. Party A accepts the logistics service provider designated by Party A or matched by Party B for Party A. Even if the provider's personnel provide on-site service, the legal relationship for carriage/transportation is established between Party A and the logistics service provider; Party B is not a party to that carriage/transportation relationship. If Party A wishes to know the specific logistics service provider, Party A may call Party B's customer service or check the waybill number returned by the provider.

2.3 Party A agrees that Party B only provides technical services for the courier door-to-door shipping platform and does not guarantee that the logistics service provider's personnel will accept and process Party A's shipping order within Party A's expected pickup time. Even after an order is accepted, Party B does not warrant or guarantee the performance or quality of the actual shipping services provided to Party A by the accepting logistics service provider and its personnel.

2.4 Party A shall carefully note and clearly understand that after Party A delivers the entrusted items to the courier, the specific rights and obligations regarding the shipping service shall, unless otherwise agreed between Party B and Party A, be governed by the agreement between Party A and the logistics service provider and its personnel. If a dispute arises between Party A and the logistics service provider and Party A needs Party B's customer service assistance, Party B may intervene to coordinate, but Party B does not warrant or guarantee any services provided by the logistics service provider to Party A.

III. Transaction Rules Party A Must Follow When Using Party B's Platform Services

3.1 When shipping, please fill in the item weight correctly, strictly require the pickup courier to weigh on site, and settle freight over/under payments accordingly. If on-site weighing is not required, the weight returned by the carrier shall be deemed accepted. If you dispute the weight, please contact platform customer service and the express company for verification within one day of receiving a balance-due notice. Failure to seek review within the time limit shall be deemed acceptance of the weight, and any freight difference shall be paid promptly. Customers who fail to pay the freight difference shall bear liquidated damages at 5‰ per day, and the platform may notify the logistics service provider to intercept the shipment. Long-term non-payment constitutes legal liability; the platform may pursue the sender for direct and indirect economic losses suffered by the platform.

3.2 When shipping, the sender shall promptly request the sender's copy of the waybill. Subsequent inability to inquire or loss claims arising from lack of tracking number or voucher will not be accepted if the customer has no proof. If the sender disputes weight, items, price, or similar matters, verification must be sought within one week after shipment. After the express company's data are cleared upon expiry, the sender shall be deemed to have accepted the platform's and collecting company's data.

3.3 When placing an order on Party B's shipping service platform, Party A shall carefully fill in shipping information (including sender, sender contact details, pickup address, recipient, recipient contact details, recipient address, item type, and related information) and ensure the accuracy, validity, and completeness of such information. If inaccurate, invalid, or incomplete shipping information causes the order not to be performed smoothly (including failure of timely pickup or failure of delivery after pickup), Party A shall bear full responsibility.

3.4 In certain areas where the express company requires drop-off at a collection station, after placing an order the customer must deliver the parcel to that station themselves.

After Party A places an order through Party B, Party A selects the logistics service provider that will provide door-to-door service. Before the provider's personnel arrive at the designated pickup address, Party A shall properly prepare the items to be shipped and have ready the valid identity document of the sender named on the order page, and shall cooperate with the personnel in opening and inspecting the items as required by law. The logistics service provider shall keep confidential the real-name shipping information and item information collected. Both Party A and the sender whose real-name identity information is collected shall be responsible for the shipped items.

3.5 After the logistics service provider's personnel arrive, and before Party A hands over items for inspection, Party A shall verify the personnel's identity via the pickup code or personnel information shown on the page, to ensure delivery to the personnel corresponding to the platform's online order and to avoid unnecessary loss. If verification fails, Party A has the right to refuse to hand over the items; otherwise any resulting loss shall be borne by Party A.

3.6 Party B's platform has not authorized anyone to ship as an agent. Any economic disputes arising therefrom shall be borne by the sender. The platform may pursue the sender or the person who placed the order on another's behalf for economic losses and related losses.

3.7 Real-name authentication: Logistics service provider personnel must collect Party A's real-name information in accordance with applicable national laws and regulations. Collection methods include QR-code real-name verification and document real-name verification.

3.7.1 Document real-name verification: Logistics service provider personnel may manually enter Party A's valid document information. Acceptable documents include Party A's resident ID card, temporary ID card, household register, military ID, police ID, driver's license, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan residents, and passport; or personnel may photograph Party A's identity document and use technical means to recognize the document information.

3.7.2 Party A agrees to actively cooperate with personnel in collecting Party A's real-name information, entering it into Party B's system, after which Party B provides it to the logistics service provider, which ultimately submits it to the national postal administration authority for registration and filing. Party A undertakes that the information submitted to personnel is true, valid, and complete, and consistent with the sender information in Party A's order. If Party A does not cooperate with real-name authentication, personnel may refuse to provide shipping services. If the real-name shipping information provided by Party A is false or invalid or inconsistent with the order's sender information, Party A shall bear all resulting liability.

3.7.3 To enable Party A and the logistics service provider to complete real-name authentication as required by law and for operational convenience, Party A agrees that after Party A cooperates in collecting real-name information, completing authentication, and entry into Party B's system, when Party A again uses courier door-to-door service, provided the same logistics service provider and the same personnel serve Party A, Party B's system will pre-display the most recently collected real-name information for that personnel's real-name authentication, and the personnel shall verify the pre-displayed information on site. If on-site verification shows inconsistency, Party A shall actively cooperate in collecting correct real-name information. Party A may call customer service to request deletion of pre-entered real-name information in Party B's system.

3.8 Party A shall comply with applicable national laws and regulations and the annex "Notice on Prohibited/Restricted and Valuable Items," and shall not ship items prohibited by the state. Otherwise, logistics service provider personnel may refuse to fulfill Party A's order and may lawfully report Party A's prohibited items to the competent authority; resulting liability (including but not limited to administrative and criminal liability) shall be borne by Party A. Apart from items prohibited by the state, the logistics service provider may, based on its own capacity to perform, decide whether to carry items restricted by law, valuables, heavy goods, and the like; confirmation of collection after inspection by the logistics service provider shall prevail, and the logistics service provider is responsible to Party A for the scope of items it collects.

Party A undertakes that, whether using Party B's electronic waybill or an electronic or paper waybill provided by the logistics service provider, Party A shall ensure that the order information filled in online (especially sender, sender contact details, and pickup address) is consistent with Party B's electronic waybill or the provider's electronic or paper waybill, and shall request a paper copy of the shipping waybill from the logistics service provider before handing over the items for retention. If, due to Party A's reasons, online order information is inconsistent with the offline waybill (including where identity information collected by personnel is inconsistent with the online order's sender), or if upon a customer complaint Party A cannot prove the waybill number or corresponding waybill voucher provided by personnel at the time of handover, such that Party A cannot assert rights against the logistics service provider regarding performance of the shipping service, Party B shall bear no liability therefor.

3.9 Fees

3.9.1 Party A confirms that the estimated express fee shown on Party B's shipping order page consists of the sum of first-weight fees, additional-weight fees, and other charges. The estimated fee in Party B's system is for Party A's reference when ordering only; the final amount payable shall be based on the amount calculated after the logistics service provider's personnel verify the weight of Party A's items. If Party A has questions about fee calculation, Party A may call Party B's customer service.

3.9.2 If Party A needs to purchase declared-value (insurance) service from the logistics service provider, Party A must separately enter into a Declared Value Agreement with the logistics service provider. Party B's shipping service platform does not provide for signing of that Declared Value Agreement. Party B advises Party A to purchase the logistics service provider's declared-value service for valuable items and to sign a Declared Value Agreement to reduce losses from undeclared shipments. Party B only reminds and advises Party A to purchase declared-value service for valuables, and does not warrant or assume joint and several liability regarding whether Party A purchases declared-value service or disputes between Party A and the logistics service provider arising from such service. Party A shall fully understand the logistics service provider's Declared Value Agreement before carefully choosing to purchase declared-value service.

3.10 Compensation

Where Party A places an order through Party B's shipping service platform and the offline waybill concluded between Party A and the logistics service provider is consistent with Party A's online order placed via Party B, Party A may enjoy the following compensation commitments made by the logistics service provider to Party A:

3.10.1 For shipments for which Party A has purchased declared-value coverage, if the entrusted items are lost or totally destroyed or extinguished due to the logistics service provider (excluding damage to packaging materials), the logistics service provider shall compensate according to the declared value and the relevant clauses of this contract; for shortage of contents or partial damage, the logistics service provider shall compensate in proportion to the declared value and the loss. The "actual value" of entrusted items under this contract means the cost price of the items themselves, and does not include any direct or indirect loss based on possible gains, profits, actual use, market opportunities, or special commercial value of the items. 3.10.2 For shipments without declared-value coverage, if the entrusted items are lost or damaged due to the logistics service provider (excluding damage to packaging materials), the logistics service provider shall compensate according to the actual loss of the items, but the maximum per shipment shall not exceed six times the freight for the lost or damaged portion of the items.

3.11 Complaint handling:

3.11.1 Party A may complain directly by calling the logistics service provider's complaint hotline or Party B's official customer service hotline. If the complaint is upheld, the logistics service provider will compensate Party A directly according to the compensation standards. Party A agrees that if Party A consents to Party B intervening in a service dispute between Party A and the logistics service provider, Party A recognizes Party B's final adjudication authority, and Party B shall not, by reason of providing customer support and compensation adjudication, be deemed to warrant, guarantee, or assume joint and several liability to Party A for compensation provided by the logistics service provider.

Subject to the validity of carrier information, disputes regarding express weight and order information must be handled within seven days of the delivery/signature date. After that period, or if the carrier's information has been cleared, related post-shipment handling cannot be performed.

3.11.2 If Party A engages in any one or more of the following, Party B may suspend or terminate the registered account, recover improper or unjustly obtained funds, immediately terminate services to Party A, terminate this Agreement, and take other measures, without prior consent from or notice to Party A, and reserves the right to pursue legal liability (including but not limited to civil and criminal liability): (1) acts endangering the transaction, fund, or account security of Party B, Party B's partners, other users, or any third party; (2) fraud, deception, or misappropriation; (3) obtaining benefits through hacking tools, software tools, campaign props, or system or technical vulnerabilities; (4) cheating, fake orders, false transactions, registering multiple accounts, or other dishonest conduct; (5) other acts violating national or local laws, regulations, and rules, violating the Agreement or campaign rules, or contrary to the principles of good faith or social customs.

IV. Party B's Assumption and Exclusion of Liability

4.1 The user understands and agrees that Party B shall not be liable for any damages arising from the following circumstances, including but not limited to loss of profits, reputation, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses:

4.1.1 Improper use of or failure to use the services of Party B's system;

4.1.2 Unauthorized use of the user's account or alteration of the user's data by a third party;

4.1.3 Costs and losses arising from purchasing or obtaining any goods, samples, data, information, or substitute acts through the platform's services;

4.1.4 Misunderstanding by the user of the services of Party B's system;

4.1.5 Any other losses related to the services of Party B's system not caused by Party B.

4.2 If force majeure or other causes beyond Party B's control cause Party B's system to crash or become unusable, resulting in incomplete service or loss of related information or records, Party B shall not be liable. However, Party B will handle aftermath matters as reasonably as possible and strive to protect customers from economic loss.

V. Other Provisions

5.1 Party B may from time to time formulate and amend this Agreement as needed due to updates to national or local laws, regulations, and rules, or adjustments to product rules and service content, and will publish such changes on the agreement page or Party B's official website. Continued use of Party B's services by Party A constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

5.2 The formation, performance, and interpretation of these terms and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of China. If any dispute arises between the parties regarding the content or performance of this Agreement, the parties shall first seek to resolve it amicably through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the people's court at the place where Party B's company is located.
