Transit times start after departure from a Jilu China warehouse and exclude domestic China collection. Peak season, customs exams and remote addresses may add time.

FAQ
How much does shipping from China to the USA cost?
Cost depends on weight, volume, channel and duties. Express often starts around ¥75; sea from 5 kg can be more economical. Chargeable weight is the greater of actual and volumetric weight.
How fast can a parcel arrive in the USA?
FedEx IP and UPS express typically reach major US cities in 3–5 business days. Sea lines are about 25–30 days for non-urgent freight.
Will I pay import duty?
Possibly. On duty-paid channels, duties are included for the recipient. On standard channels, US Customs may collect duties from the recipient.
Can I track China→USA parcels?
Yes. Use the international tracking number on FedEx/UPS sites, 17track, or ask the sender for status updates from Jilu.
Can cosmetics or food be sent to the USA?
Cosmetics often move on sensitive lines. Foods (especially meat/dairy) are heavily restricted on air. Confirm FDA rules and declare accurately.
Does the address need to be in English?
Yes. Use a complete English address with street, city, state abbreviation, ZIP code and phone. Invalid ZIPs cause delays or returns.
