Restricted & sensitive goods
Never ship illegal goods. Many everyday items need special channels or are banned on air freight. When unsure, ask before the sender packs.
Usually prohibited
Explosives, weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeits, and undeclared dangerous goods. These will be refused or seized.
Sensitive but sometimes allowed
Lithium batteries, magnets, creams/liquids, cosmetics and small electronics may move on dedicated lines with correct packing and labels.
Food & medicine
Destination rules are strict (FDA, Japan pharma rules, EU food law). Personal medicines and perishable foods often cannot go on standard air products.
Before you say yes to a shipment
Send us the item list and destination. We will confirm whether a line exists — cheaper than a return from customs.
