Packaging & claims
Good packaging starts with the sender in China. As recipient, photograph damage before discarding outer cartons if you need to claim.
Packing basics
Rigid carton, internal cushioning, no empty rattle space, and liquids sealed in secondary containment. Remove old logistics barcodes.
Batteries & cosmetics
Follow carrier packing instructions for lithium and liquids. Improper packing is a top reason for refusal at intake.
Insurance
Ask the sender whether extra cargo insurance was purchased. Coverage terms differ by channel and item type.
If something is damaged
Keep packaging, take photos, note the waybill, and contact support promptly with evidence. Claim windows are time-limited.
