How shipping works

You usually do not place the China-side order yourself. A relative, friend or seller does — then you receive and track the international waybill.

1. Order in China

The sender chooses destination, product line and declares contents/value on the Jilu platform (mini program / site). Accurate recipient address and phone are critical.

2. Pickup or drop-off

A courier collects the parcel in China, or the sender drops it at an intake point. After warehouse receipt, export documentation is prepared.

3. Export & main haul

The parcel moves on the selected line (express, economy or sea). You get an international tracking number once the overseas leg is active.

4. Import clearance

Destination customs may clear automatically on DDP products or contact the recipient/carrier for documents and duties on standard products.

5. Last-mile delivery

Local partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL, postal, etc.) deliver to your door or pickup point. Keep your phone reachable for delivery attempts.

What you should prepare

Confirm a complete address with postcode, a working mobile number, and whether duties were prepaid. See Customs & Tracking help for holds and delays.
